Through an effort to deepen my personal practice,  I discovered a passion for teaching.  By sharing my knowledge of alignment and breathing techniques, I can help you take your practice to a new level.

I am a certified yoga instructor (RYT 200) offering group and private lessons in Vinyasa (Flow) Style with a focus on safe alignment and proper breathing.

Lessons are currently offered over Skype or Google Hangouts.
